Choose the right starting point
For a new playset, gather the brand, exact model and complete assembly instructions. The product footprint is only part of the space needed: the manufacturer’s required clearances and site conditions also matter. Share photographs showing the proposed position and nearby obstacles.
For a shed or gazebo, include the base or patio details and explain whether that area is ready. Assembly should be planned around the product’s requirements. Ground preparation, foundations, anchoring materials and disposal need an explicit scope rather than being assumed part of a kit assembly.
Bring the delivery plan into the quote
Explain where the boxes will arrive and how components can reach the work area. Include stairs, gate widths, tight turns and the distance from unloading to the final position. This can affect both the handling plan and the work involved.
Before setting an installation date, check that the kit, instructions and listed components will be available. Let us know if packages are damaged or parts are missing. Discuss the next step before arranging assembly around an incomplete delivery.
An existing structure needs a different review
For repairs, send an overall view and photographs of the affected parts from a safe position. Describe movement, damaged components or other changes you have noticed. Repair suitability depends on the materials, connections and available replacement parts.
For a move, provide both locations and the access at each end. A structure that is standing today is not automatically suitable for dismantling, transport and reassembly. That decision needs a condition and scope review.
Coordinate the outdoor project at your Seattle property
Identify who can authorize the work and whether any property or building approvals need to be arranged. If another contractor is preparing the base or surrounding area, explain what will be complete before assembly starts.
Keep the request focused on the actual product and site. This guide does not determine permit requirements, product suitability or a guaranteed completion date. Confirm the agreed work and availability before purchasing extra materials or fixing the schedule.
