Information you provide
Our quote form asks for your name, email address, city or ZIP code, service and project details. You may also provide your phone number, preferred timing and project audience. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss your project. We store the request in our website database and send it to our business mailbox. We may send you an acknowledgment by email.
Project photos
The quote form does not accept photo uploads. You can email project photos when we follow up. Please avoid including payment details, sensitive personal information, people or private details that are not needed to explain the work.
Website and email providers
Our website host and email provider process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. The website receives technical connection information, including your IP address. The quote system uses protected identifiers derived from IP addresses and email addresses to limit spam and repeated submissions.
Optional Google ad measurement
You can choose whether to allow Google Ads measurement in Privacy choices. Your quote request works either way. When you allow ad measurement cookies, Google may receive device and network information, advertising identifiers and information about your interaction with the site. Our tracking measures successful quote requests for the services listed on our form and clicks on our phone links on selected website pages. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call connected or was answered.
Optional email and phone matching
If you also allow enhanced matching, we send Google a hashed version of your email address and, when supplied in a supported international format, your phone number after an eligible quote request is successfully stored. Hashing changes the information into a coded value; it does not make it anonymous. Google can match these values with Google account information to help measure advertising results. Our matching code does not include your name, city, project details or photos. Our Google measurement settings keep analytics storage and ad personalization off.
Cookies and browser storage
The quote form uses a necessary session cookie to protect the form session. Privacy choices and records used to avoid counting an inquiry twice are kept in session storage for your browsing tab. Google may set or read advertising cookies after you opt in; these can remain longer than your tab session. Google describes its cookie lifetimes and controls in its cookie notice.
Changing your choices
Open Privacy choices to update your selection or choose Decline all. This stops new conversion events from our tracking code. It cannot recall information already sent or in flight, remove existing Google cookies, or unload Google code already running on the page. Reload after withdrawing permission. You can also remove cookies through your browser settings.
Keeping information and contacting us
We retain inquiry information to respond to requests and maintain business records. The website quote system currently has no configured automatic expiry for stored inquiries. Email, hosting logs and backups are managed separately by the relevant providers. To ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information, contact info@timbermountco.com or 206-771-5354.
