Coordinate delivery with the work area
Share the exact brand, model and assembly instructions. Explain where packages will be delivered and how the parts will reach the final position, including gates, steps and carrying distance.
Check the delivery against the manufacturer’s parts list and report missing or damaged components before setting the assembly date. Do not arrange work on the assumption that unopened boxes contain everything required.
Separate assembly from site preparation
Describe the proposed surface, base and clearance around the structure. Requirements vary by product; an available area is not automatically a suitable installation site.
Identify who is responsible for base preparation, materials, anchoring and any required approvals. Keep those responsibilities separate from kit assembly so unfinished preparation does not become an unexpected gap.
Review repairs and relocation differently
For an existing structure, provide overall photographs and details of damaged parts from a safe position. Condition, compatible replacements and connections affect whether repair or dismantling is practical.
For a move, provide both general locations and access details. Confirm the condition review, transport responsibilities and reassembly scope directly. Playsets and standalone playhouses are different products and should not be treated as interchangeable.
